What are the benefits of life coaching?
Christian life coaching can help individuals improve their connection to God the Father, Son (Jesus), and Holy Spirit as well as improve self-awareness, develop new skills, create a plan for achieving their goals, and overcome obstacles that may be holding them back from success.
What is the difference between coaching and therapy?
Counseling or therapy deals mostly with a person’s past and trauma, and seeks healing. While coaching may inevitably bump into a person’s past, we don’t stay there. A coach deals mostly with a person’s present and seeks to guide him or her into a more desirable future.
Is coaching done virtually or in person?
Life coaching sessions can be done either way. Some people prefer in person, while others prefer the convenience of virtual sessions. I do most of my coaching virtually.

Life coaching sessions can vary in length, but typically last between 30 minutes to an hour. The frequency of sessions can also vary depending on the needs of the client.
