Christian Life Coaching for Personal Growth and Healing
Sacred Space Coaching was born out of years of refining the art of listening. Stephen R. Covey says, "Most people do not listen with the intent to understand; they listen with the intent to reply." I believe listening is a lost art form, and one that the world desperately needs. Good coaching is at least 70% listening.
Not only do I believe listening is an art and a skill, but it is also a gift. A gift to the one who is talking as they get to be seen, heard, understood, and valued. But also, it’s a gift to the listener because they get invited into the speaker's inner world. Their sacred world. And that's where, with the help of the Lord, I get to partner with Him in helping you navigate whatever challenges you're currently working through. God has given me a gift and a passion for people, and I am beyond grateful that I get to use my gift to help and serve you!
“Christian Coaching is the art and practice of enabling individuals and groups to move from where they are to where God wants them to be.”

Listening Prayer
“Listening Prayer is a loving, simple conversation with the Father, Son and Holy Spirit. Learning the beautiful skill of Listening Prayer allows one to communicate with God on a deeper, more personal level. By engaging in Listening Prayer with the Lord, we allow our relationship with Him to grow and develop into a two-way conversational friendship.” - Barbara Alleway & Beth Graf
